Stainless Electrodes
E330-16 electrodes have a high nickel content which gives the weld deposit a strong adherent surface oxide that resists scaling at elevated temperature above 1800°F.
High sulfur environments adversely affect the high-temperature performance. Heat input has to be kept to a minimum during welding to avoid the possibility of microfissuring. E330-16 electrodes are used primarily for repairing defects in wrought and cast forms of stainless steels of similar chemical composition.

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.
