ER320 is designed to weld base metals of similar compositions for applications where resistance to severe corrosion involving a wide range of chemicals including sulfuric and sulfurous acids and their salts is required. The addition of copper and columbium to the alloy content provides resistance to intergranular corrosion.
ER320 can be used for welding wrought and cast alloys of similar composition without post weld heat treatment. Utilized for pipe welding, 320 produces high purity weld deposit and reduces weld metal fissuring while maintaining corrosion resistance.

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.
