An excellent high-speed electrode for fillet welds. It is exceptionally fast when used down hand in properly designed weld joints or in horizontal fillet welds where equal leg fillets are desired.

When a drag welding technique is used, it operates well on either AC or DC (electrode negative) power. E7024 minimizes slag entrapment, and the slag is self-removing in most applications. Earth moving equipment, mining machinery, plate fabrication, railroad cars, structural, shipbuilding and mobile trailers.

A high speed, iron powder, heavy coated electrode for high deposition rates on horizontal and down hand welding.
Excellent bead appearance and self-cleaning slag give it operator appeal.
This electrode has good weldability and superior mechanical properties particularly useful in obtaining increased penetration with little or no root porosity in horizontal or positioned fillet.
Typical applications includes shipbuilding, bridges, structural steels, machine bases, truck fabrication and storage tanks.

Carriers

We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

International and P.O. Box Orders

Welding & Industrial Supplies only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed (see “International Shipping” section). Welding & Industrial Supplies does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Policy

Though all sales are final, Welding & Industrial Supplies accepts returns for 60 days from the invoice date for specific reasons and with certain stipulations per return reason, on a case-by-case basis.
Special orders or customized items are not returnable and such orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Only returns with assigned RGA numbers will be processed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
