A carbon steel, composite metal cored electrode for gas shielded arc welding.

Application

This electrode is for single and multiple-pass welding of carbon and certain low alloy steels, where a minimum tensile strength of 70,000 psi is required in the weld metal.

Feature

It is designed for the welding of 490MPa high tensile steel with only Ar/CO2 gas mixtures
Achieve High deposition rates and efficiencies, and there is hardly any slag coverage
The welding process delivers exceptional high-production performance with smooth arc characteristics
Low levels of smoke and spatter are produced due to the low diffusible hydrogen weld deposit
This welding technique is excellent for both CV and pulsed welding
Well-suited for welding steels that have moderate amounts of rust or scale
It can be used for single and multi-pass welding, as well as automatic and mechanized welding.
It is particularly effective for welding non-alloyed fine grain steels, storage vessels, steel structures, and rail cars

We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

International and P.O. Box Orders

Welding & Industrial Supplies only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed (see “International Shipping” section). Welding & Industrial Supplies does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Policy

Though all sales are final, Welding & Industrial Supplies accepts returns for 60 days from the invoice date for specific reasons and with certain stipulations per return reason, on a case-by-case basis.
Special orders or customized items are not returnable and such orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Only returns with assigned RGA numbers will be processed.
