E9015-B9 is designed for joining creep-resistant, high chromium (9% Cr-1% Mo-V) alloys of similar composition and is the best choice when service conditions are too severe for E9018B3, E8018B6, OR E8018B8 with improved creep resistance.

Application

Ideal for use in the petrochemical and petroleum industries, and for use in high-temperature service applications such as power generation and allied industries. Excellent for welding tubes and tube sheets, pipe and plate steels for high-pressure hydrogen service, as well as 9% Cr-1% Mo-V steels.

Feature

A 9.0% Cr – 1.0%Mo, low hydrogen electrode modified with niobium and vanadium.
It is designed to provide improved creep strength, toughness, fatigue life, and oxidation and corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures.
Offers improved toughness and better creep properties, which ultimately allow for higher steam temperatures and the use of thinner wall piping.
For power plants and steam boilers.
Conforms to certification: AWS A5.5 and ASME SFA 5.5.

We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

International and P.O. Box Orders

Welding & Industrial Supplies only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed (see “International Shipping” section). Welding & Industrial Supplies does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Policy

Though all sales are final, Welding & Industrial Supplies accepts returns for 60 days from the invoice date for specific reasons and with certain stipulations per return reason, on a case-by-case basis.
Special orders or customized items are not returnable and such orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Only returns with assigned RGA numbers will be processed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
