Feature

  • It is also suitable for welding applications that span a wide range of temperatures, from cryogenic to elevated, such as piping, furnace equipment, petrochemical facilities and power generation plants.
  • This wire has excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking in chloride contaminated environments, making it ideal for welding in desalination plants.
  • Out of position deposition rates are significantly higher than those achieved with solid wires or covered electrodes.
  • It is a gas-shielded flux cored, nickel based electrode designed to weld in all positions.
  • It is designed for use with either 75% argon/balance CO2 or 100% CO2 shielding gas.
  • It has a nominal weld metal composition of 20% Cr, 3% Mn, 2.5% Nb, balance Nickel.
  • Spatter is very low and slag peeling is excellent, minimizing cleanup.
  • Flat, well washed beads can be achieved with minimal weaving.

We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

International and P.O. Box Orders

Welding & Industrial Supplies only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed (see “International Shipping” section). Welding & Industrial Supplies does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Policy
  • Though all sales are final, Welding & Industrial Supplies accepts returns for 60 days from the invoice date for specific reasons and with certain stipulations per return reason, on a case-by-case basis.
  • Special orders or customized items are not returnable and such orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • Only returns with assigned RGA numbers will be processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
