Specially processed grade used for welding the 6% Aluminum - 4% Vanadium alloys
Used for welding commercial pure titanium alloys commonly found in applications requiring high temperature resistance and resistance to chemical reagents.
Good balance of strength, formability and weldability.
Applications of ERTi-2 are mainly for the aircraft industry, where tensile strength and weight ratios are very critical.
Other uses would include cryogenic and petrochemical applications such as chemical process heat exchangers, pressure vessels and piping systems, pulp bleaching systems.

We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

International and P.O. Box Orders

Welding & Industrial Supplies only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed (see “International Shipping” section). Welding & Industrial Supplies does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Policy

Though all sales are final, Welding & Industrial Supplies accepts returns for 60 days from the invoice date for specific reasons and with certain stipulations per return reason, on a case-by-case basis.
Special orders or customized items are not returnable and such orders cannot be canceled once placed.
Only returns with assigned RGA numbers will be processed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
